I am happy to announce that Yuki’s Story is back in line. I want to address some things relating to the series.
As you all know, Yuki’s Story hasn’t got a new journal for months. That’s because I had to think about other things and what to do with other media involving the series. I honestly think the series will last monger than I thought due to delays. However, The journal entries will most likely last until 2019. I’ve been thinking about possible stories about the series to make it more interesting. I had to admit that some certain concepts during Yuki’s Junior year has something that I shouldn’t put like bringing back Ron and made Karen who lasted a few pages. She wasn’t that interesting anyway, so both will barely appear. It took me a while to realize that I can make better stories, and that had me thinking about this during last year’s hiatus and slow progression. It can relate to doing my videos or MMD version of Yuki’s Story. The point is, the journal is back into action, and even if I have upcoming busy things in my life, I should still type.
As for Yuki’s Story MMD, the new chapter should be back later this month. I am done with revising the models now. They aren’t that different. Minoru’s hair is now closer to his Kisekae model. The shades are now more cel shaded and shaders will be applied to all models. I’ve been playing around the toon shaders last month. The best I can find is pretty much HATOON2 maker. I’ve did a lot of test and I need to tweak shading colors and texture size. Also, I am using Croquis shader to give more outlines on more parts of each model. I am doing a video test of the opening that I did last year during spring. I plan to do another upload with 4k involved with all use of shaders. Yeah, I already made that, but this is for another test and see if I can make it more anime like. I am thinking about 30fps and 60fps. Certain anime are in 30fps like Pokemon. 24fps is the majority of fps used in anime. It should be up not too long in this month.
Anything else, I would like to do other models, but I got technical things to showcase and explain about MMD for the community to understand how I did my videos. You should see those uploaded for the next month as well as anything Yuki’s Story related.
