Yesterday, I posted a chapter of Yuki’s Story. It was a long hiatus. I did a lot of things during it. After putting the previous chapter from March, a while later, I switched my laptop’s OS to Linux. I got important files and moved from Windows to Linux. The laptop is sevel years old, but eight years old for its hardware. The first Gen AMD APUs have been unsupported for at least four years now, and Windows 10 updates seems to slow things down, and I didn’t want to have lack of support for the laptop. I decide to switch to Linux since it supports my laptop much better than Windows 10 and even Windows 7 and 8. It’s much better. I did experiments to install needed software and I was happy of how the laptop turns out.

I also was doing MMD HDR tests since April, and I did post an HDR test on my Youtube Channel, reusing clips from Randomness 9. HDR10 for MMD is my biggest experiment for future video content that makes the videos looks much nicer. Better contrast, and I’ve been experimenting and see what settings should I use on Raycast, also known as RayMMD. Iris Goes to Court and Miraculous Ladybug Alterations are my two main videos that uses HDR10 so far, and I notice some odd black details that seems a bit greyish. I solved it with the tools I need on recent tests. My Work in Progress on Raycast in HDR10 is almost complete! I reached a part to where I am totally satisfied with the settings I use on Raycast for HDR10 output. I did also have to find the LUT shader, and I found ikCLUT shader from bowlroll website. It uses a similar LUT texture that Reshade uses. I have to do some testing before I call it finished and that everyone can use it. I will also provide few tools to use for it.

Finally, I was making models for MMD from Vroid Studio. Making Miraculous Ladybug models was amazing. I think they turned out great. They have few adjustments before I consider it done. I have them on Miraculous Ladybug Alteration video, mostly dances from Fortnite. I plan to make more characters, and I mostly did missing ones that aren’t up for DL yet. I plan to release the models when adjustments are done and another feature video is made. I am glad my latest MMD video got 2K views already for three weeks. It is small, but I got the viewers faster with the cover I made when the video was uploaded. Quicker than Iris Goes to Court. I need to make covers for the videos I made for the past year. Youtube favors monitized videos and will recommend a monitized video much more often than non-monitized ones. Even the search tab can be either hard to find or barely on the top. It can be easily seen on the subscription or looking at the youtube channel. I did hear about subs falling issue that has been happening to Youtube. That’s why I made covers with many credits listed so more people can see it.

After all of that, let’s get to the main topic. Yuki’s Story. It was about five months of hiatus. I was testing things while thinking about the charateristics of each character of Yuki’s Story, with possible interesting stories. It’s about four years since I created my own series. I’m glad I made the series existed, even though barely anyone read it. I don’t mind, but I just like to share the stories out there, especially the MMD Panel Strip version. While thinking about the series, I thought to myself, I created the characters to the way I want it, and as we progress, we give them an interesting personality. They seem to look interesting to your head. Yes, I was thinking a lot about Yuki’s Story that I feel like I can use my ideas to write stories more often. The current season of the jorunal entries shows more to the other charactersby giving each an important role and understanding them. Rin, Shirou, Eru, Team Phase, and even the classmates got development in my head. All the characters actually. Since I got the needed development and ideas for the current season, and the next season for Yuki’s Story MMD, I can’t wait to finish them. I am going back to Yuki’s Story MMD special chapter very soon.

What about the MMD animated of Yuki’s Story I mentioned since two years ago? I did post them on my progress reports that I will delete them very shortly for not being relevant anymore. I planned it two years ago and said I wanted to show the audience about Yuki. I am not done on the script yet, and I may rewrite to better reflect Yuki. Also, I’m not an expert on 3D animation to where I have to move the bones a lot at once. I do use the walking animation I found, but I gotta think about all the materials before I start that project. I don’t think I am ready to spend a few months making it yet because I do want to learn more about animation and 3D modeling before starting it. I do want to make my own models for other characters there with Vroid Studio since I found that program reliable for character creation. I have a lot to learn and needed before I can start doing an animated video of Yuki’s Story.

I couldn’t make a clear release date of my projects since I kept delaying some, but I can tell you the expected timeline at least. Yuki’s Story MMD special should last until by the end of October or somewhere in November. Season 2 of Yuki’s Story should start in Late 2019, likely the holidays. I bumped up Season 2 of Yuki’s Story journals twice. I thought it would end by late 2018, and late 2019, but I hope it can last until somewhere in 2020 this time. Not that I want it to end sooner because I love working on Yuki’s Story. I know, it should end by 2018 since I have in my mind that the planned ending takes place in first half of 2018, and that Yuki and Minoru started Sophomore year in 2015. I just want to write my own story, and have the time stick to the plan. That’s all.

I know I have a long hiatus and the next announcement should come very shortly.

The next day after Minoru had a meeting with Lila, he talks to his teacher at the teachers’ room.
Minoru: I need your help.
Takigawa-sensei: For what? For Yuki?
Minoru: Yes! She got framed by Team Phase, Hiroshi, Lila, Kaname, Mizuro, and Touko.
Sensei: I heard. I couldn’t believe it.
Minoru: From what we heard, they have a secret meeting at the bottom floor. It seems like they have their private room there, but I’m not sure if it’s permanent.
Sensei: It’s unlikely that they would, but hearing stories about them, it seems suspicious.
Minoru: We want to prove that Yuki did not pull the alarm. They must have something secret there, but they probably got hidden camera there, like their former club room.
Sensei: I would like to help, and I could check there, pretending I don’t know anything about this.
Minoru: Sounds good. They may arrange their lunch break again like yesterday.
Sensei: Where did you hear about that?
Minoru: My little sister saw them going to the door for the bottom floor yesterday, and got lunch.
Sensei: Here’s what I would do. I’ll check down there, and if there is a room dedicated for them, I could see if I could hear their conversation by either listening by the wall or something. I’ll think of something so we could prove them that Yuki is innocent.
Minoru: Yeah. She’s actually doing fine, by the way.
Sensei: Good. That’s not common for her suspension though.
Minoru: She goes to her brother’s college, seeing how to be a young adult.
Sensei: Amazing. Yuki seems to like maturity, doesn’t she?
Minoru: You bet.
At Ryo’s college, they are walking outside.
Yuki: I gotta go research about Team Phase, to know any connections. I’ll be by the lobby.
Ryo: All right.
An hour later, Yuki puts all the information on the word document.
Yuki: Well, I only got several things on the list.
She looks at the document.
-The basement floor has several rooms, only for use by teacher; no connections for a student use; may got permission by the administrators to have a private club there for Team Phase.
-Hiroshi’s social media account says he goes to different schools every school year, in the last five years.
-Touko’s social media says she was rambling about someone turning down their group in the beginning of school, which links to Yuki.
-Kaname’s social media says her relationship ended few months ago.
-Hiroshi once mentioned online that he has a group with his female friends since the beginning of high school, which is at least three years so far.
-Possibly that Lila, Kaname, Mizuro, and Touko met either near the end of junior high or met in the beginning of high school, resulting them going to the same schools as Hiroshi for few years.
Yuki: Interesting research. Seems easy to find their accounts on a popular social media.
She decides to sends the document to her group chat with Rin, Retasu, Minoru, Leon, Oka, and Eru.
Yuki: Done. Let’s see what they will say.
She closes her laptop, and walks around the campus.
In school, Takigawa-sensei walks to the bottom floor and takes a look around there. Eventually, he sees Hiroshi and his friends on a room with the door open.
Kaname sees him, and he looks at the water station.
Kaname: Hey Sensei. How are you doing?
Sensei: Just finding my copies for my assignment, so that I can be able to schedule tests before the summer.
Kaname: Ok.
Sensei gets the cup and pours in water.
Sensei: All right. I better get going. I’m busy.
Kaname: All right.
He leaves, and she goes back to the room.
Touko: Who was that?
Kaname: My teacher.
Hiroshi: All right. I got the plans done, and I will be sharing them here during lunch.
Lila: Cool!
Hiroshi: Also, since we got this room for ourselves here, in the bottom floor for faculties, neither of our classmates will break our plans. It’s really hidden.
Kaname: We got this room since yesterday. We should install cameras here incase if any of them breaks in.
Lila: Just hope Yuki doesn’t find that out when she comes back.
Hiroshi: Yeah.
Later in college campus, Yuki sees a carnival event outside.
Her co-worker, Taru, sees her.
Taru: Hey Yuki!
Yuki: Hey Taru!
Taru: I thought you are in high school.
Yuki: Long story. I got suspended for even a longer story, and I ended up here.
Taru: All right. They just set up the foods and games here.
Yuki: I saw.
Taru: My class just ended, so I am free for a few hours.
Yuki: Cool. I am looking around.
She sees the rock climbing stage.
Yuki: Hey look! They set up a rock climbing.
Taru: You are gonna try that?
Yuki: Sure. Do I need to be a student here?
Taru: No. You pay a little.
Yuki: Sweet.
Yuki goes in line for rock climbing.
A while later, Yuki is next.
Guy: You wear the safety gear, and try to reach the flag.
Yuki: I’m ready.
She sees Taru watching.
Yuki: Watch this!
Yuki climbs up, and jumps around, while giving more attention. She climbs more quick than average attendants in campus.
Guy2: WOW!
Girl1: She’s doing this pretty good.
Guy3: She’s already at the middle.
Yuki continues to climb up, and jumps from left to right to grab more stable rock. She reaches the top and grabs the flag.
Yuki: GOT IT!
Everyone claps.
Guy4: She seems pretty talented.
Taru: Pretty impressive.
Yuki climbs down quick, and decides to jump down near the bottom part.
She takes off the gears and came out with a smile.
Guy2: Less than a minute. That’s pretty sweet!
Guy3: You’re really talented!
Girl2: That was awesome!
Yuki: Thanks, you guys! I’ve done that trick for many years.
Taru: That explains why you are popular in school.
Yuki: Yes!
Girl1: Cool!
Guy4: There’s balloon popping in the next block.
Yuki: All right. Let’s go.
During lunch, Minoru decides to see his teacher in the office. He talks to him.
Minoru: So you went to the room?
Sensei: Yes. I got your “essay” about the game room that Eru takes care of after school, and I typed up the corrections and you should see it. I’ll send you a letter so you can “check” the corrections there. The game room is more surprising than I thought.
Minoru: Yeah. I can’t wait to see the corrections.
Sensei: You will learn from it.
Minoru left the office and have lunch with Yuki’s sport friends outside.
Lia: How is Yuki doing?
Minoru: Enjoying my brother’s college. She finds it interesting.
Leo: Has she done the looking?
Minoru: All I got is that she looked at their profiles.
Kyanna: I still think Team Phase set her up. I don’t really care if certain people disagrees.
Leo: On their profiles, do they have pics of themselves in a same place? I’m trying to think if they have a place they go to many times to have a meeting or something.
Minoru: Yuki has to keep looking. From what I know, Team Phase do have their own meeting room in place at the lower floor of the school. Not the first floor, the one below.
Lia: I don’t get why they have that.
Minoru: Yeah. I’m about to get answers from someone here. I wouldn’t give it away yet, but I can tell what answers I got.
Leo: Cool. When?
Minoru: After school. I have to go to a certain room to get it.
Guy1: That sounds top secret.
At college, Ryo is walking around with his friends.
Girl1: Ryo. Is that your sister hanging with a lot of people there?
Ryo: Yeah. I’ll go talk to her.
He runs to Yuki while she drinks water.
Ryo: Hey Yuki.
Guy1: Yuki got the flag in less than a minute on rock climbing.
Guy2: And she won on a lot of games.
Yuki: Throwing darts at balloons, sling shots, and hammered the bell.
Ryo: Cool. So did you find anything?
Yuki: You mean about Team Phase? I found their profiles. They known each other for at least three years.
Ryo: That’s predictable. Anything else?
Yuki: Besides their little personal infos, nothing that I want to know so far.
Ryo: All right.
Girl1: Yuki! The ice cream is selling shaved ice.
Yuki: Nice! Let’s go!
Several people went to get ice cream.
Later by the end of school, Minoru went to the teacher’s office, and sees Takigawa-Sensei.
Sensei: Here is the letter. Be sure to read it when you leave the building.
Minoru: All right.
He left, and left the school’s gate. He sees Rin.
Rin: Minoru!
Minoru: Thanks for waiting. Should we go to my place?
Rin: Sure.
At Minoru’s house, he sits at the table with Rin and Ayano.
Minoru opens the letter and reads it.
Minoru: Dear Yuki, Minoru, and their friends. They do have their private room in the bottom floor. It’s a small meeting room and the only one that size on the floor. I’d advise not to go there since they have a camera inside and by the door. I also checked Phase’s school profiles. By looking at couple of their files, it looks like they have a warehouse in the west of Sapporo. I have the address put below for Yuki to check out.
Rin: Wow. How did they get their own private room again?
Minoru: I’m not sure. I’m gonna take a picture of it and send it to Yuki.
Ayano: I knew they have a room. Now it’s up to Yuki to go to that warehouse and see what they have.
Minoru: It’s best if she goes in during school time.
Ayano: Yeah. Do they have cameras?
Minoru: Maybe. Yuki will tell one of us if there is.
At Yuki’s house, Ryo and Yuki came home.
Yuki: That was really fun.
Ryo: I didn’t expect that you would make friends there that quick.
Yuki: A couple. More so, fans. Taru’s my coworker.
Ryo: When does your work start?
Yuki: In an hour.
An hour later, Yuki came to her job, and sees Taru.
Taru: Yuki. Did your boyfriend found something?
Yuki: Yes. A few things I found interesting. I’ll be heading to their warehouse tomorrow morning.
Taru: Cool.
In the next morning, Yuki wears a suit, and drives her motor scooter. Her suit is grey and looks like she’s a ninja spy.
Later, she arrives to the warehouse. She got off her motor scooter.
Yuki: There it is. The only one there.
She checks around.
Yuki: There aren’t any cameras around. Yet.
She sees the door and garage door.
Yuki: How do I get in?
She checks by the edges and fans. Eventually, she sees the passcard under the metal package she lifted.
Yuki: There it is.
She used it on the main door and entered. Yuki went inside and turned on the lights and sees the table, the computers, the cabinet, and tool supplies.
Yuki: Cool! Looks like I can take my time looking around. There are no cameras here so far.
Yuki puts on her plastic gloves and closes the door.
She checks the tool supplies and cabinets. She sees the secret folder.
Yuki: Their secret folder. It’s has more papers than what they have at school.
She opens it. All she sees is their past plans and one for Fujiwara High School.
Yuki: Got it. I’ll take pics on each of them.
She uses her phone to take photos of the papers on each side.
Yuki puts the files back to the folder and returns it to the cabinet.
Yuki: Now, the computer.
She presses the button, and sees the password screen.
Yuki: I knew they would.
She checks the small cabinet under the desk. She’s searching something, and got few papers.
Yuki: There is one for this warehouse.
She reads parts of it, until she sees the passcode for the door.
Yuki: They have the code for the door.
She takes a photo of it.
Yuki: No more using the card.
She decides to put the code on the password screen. She got it wrong.
Yuki: This is not going to be easy.
She looks at few other papers found on the cabinet. Nothing.
Yuki decides to put them back, and starts looking around the desk. She looks behind the monitor and sees a sticker that was wrote “PASS: ********”.
Yuki: The password!
She types it in and logs in.
The desktop is grey, and Yuki looks at the documents.
Yuki: I see they have a lot of documents written.
She takes out her flash drive.
Yuki: This is from Minoru, for my birthday present.
She puts it in and copies the files to her flash drive.
Yuki: It’s done.
She turns it off, and got her flash drive. Yuki continues to look around.
Later, Yuki turns off the lights, and left the warehouse. She puts the passcard back to where it belongs, and wipes it to not have finger prints.
Yuki took off her plastic gloves.
Yuki: This seems fun.
She drives off.
Yuki went back to Ryo’s college and eats on the cafeteria. She looks on the phone, telling Ryo to come.
Ryo arrives and sees Yuki at the table.
Ryo: Having fun with your adventure?
Yuki: Yes! I took photos of their papers. Not many, but one seems to be the most recent. I also got their documents files on the flash drive.
Ryo: The one Minoru give to you?
Yuki: Yes.
Ryo: So what do you know about the warehouse?
Yuki: It’s their meeting room with computers, several storage and cabinets. A table is there, so it is their hideout.
Ryo: I wonder how they can afford that place.
Yuki: They probably have someone working with them. I haven’t read much of their documents yet.
Ryo: Hmm. You’re gonna wait until Minoru comes back?
Yuki: Yes. I’m texting them to be at our house. It’s only us.
Ryo: Actually, I’m gonna be helping Haruka on her study.
Yuki: It’s fine. I’ll tell you when something is up.
Ryo: Ok.

Next Chapter: Phase Revealed.
Yuki’s meeting covers the needed secrets that Team Phase is hiding. Her friends are working hard to bring the truth to justice. They must have the principle know about what Team Phase has been doing. Will he believe them? Tune in next time!

Written few days ago. I decide to put out my thoughts about the title above because I really found this episode to be very interesting!

I saw TimeTagger at Sunday recently, and I actually found this episode to be my favorite of the season, and we got another great superhero.

This episode bring us another superhero, Bunnix. Well, Alix’s watch from Timebreaker is brought up again for an important plot. Bunnix got freed from the pillar, and later, it is revealed that she is an adult version of Alix. I do like how her adult self looks and acts, and Adult Alix is mature and brilliant. Bunnix helps Ladybug and Cat Noir to defeat TimeTagger, who also came from the future that Bunnix was supposed to be on. Seeing Bunnix in action is very interesting. It was choreographed pretty well on how the battle went. Bunnix is a really cool superhero. She is pretty reckless, and while she can fight on her own in many cases, she will realize that she would need a team if things didn’t go out well. I like the fact that present Alix is really interested on her future life. In this episode, I think Bunnix is the strongest on the team. Well, knowing Alix’s tomboyish nature, she would be strong and reckless. Wow, Adult Alix has grown taller.

I had theories about Alix’s watch back in 2016, after seeing all 26 episodes and re-watching Timebreaker and the Pharaoh, I would believe her watch would be brought up again, involving with the superheroes. Her watch with a hologram was the only item that is magical, besides Kwamis and Miraculouses. Also in the Pharaoh, the museum has relations with Ladybug, knowing how old Ladybug is and how Tikki knows some things in the museum. Alix’s father and brother are historians, so it would make sense that the watch could relate with the superhero mystery later on. It turned out to be true.

Although, I would say that Bunnix is my favorite superhero of Miraculous Ladybug, it is currently. Her design is cool, and everything about Bunnix in the episode was executed well, it might be the only or one of the very few episodes of grown up version of Alix as Bunnix. It seems like Alix got her miraculous on her own, and also helps Ladybug and Cat Noir and be on their team. What I did like about future Alix/Bunnix is how she’s brilliant, strong, mature, and reckless. The future part seems long like 5-10 years, so we know a little about future Bunnix, and if present Alix becomes Bunnix, I expect it would happen near the end of the series. Or maybe after Season 3, I don’t really know as of now. We would have to see how that turns out in later seasons. I honestly didn’t expect Alix to be eventually a superhero, and I just didn’t have any theories on the season 2-3 opening photos. So far, I did enjoy future Alix Kubdel/Bunnix very much. I would like to make an MMD model of them. Gotta find some time though.

Other things interesting are seeing future Chris and how Lila gets to babysit the kids at the end. I don’t find that much of a problem, because her main talents are lies, as shown in Oni-Chan especially. She can make lies really good, and so it’s no wonder how Lila decides to babysit. I wonder how Marinette feels about this… Although, I want to wait to see how Hawkmoth and Lila work out later in the series. Also, TimeTagger seems pretty powerful.

As much as I find TimeTagger episode very interesting, it has few issues. One would be Mr. Pigeons and Hawk Moth. He got akumatized 24 times, and Hawk Moth uses the same guy 24 times. It seems like Ramier isn’t safe in Paris, and should find a good place for him to spend time with the pigeons. He got suggested by Cat Noir to find a different kind of animal to be obsessed with. Future Alix says there is Mr. Rat in the future, and it is most likely him, so there’s no stopping him from getting akumatized many times. My other minor issue is how Cat Noir is kinda weak. Not as weak, but kinda falls a bit less helpful. Him suggesting Ramier to like a different kind of animal while staying in Paris isn’t really a good advice, given his emotional issues. Also, he would be the blame to destroy Bunnix’s watch. Still, he’s still useful, just not as strong in this one. I can give those a pass.

My main curiosity since this episode is how the future superheroes and miraculouses are gonna be handled. As much as I like the story of Bunnix in this episode and understand the mysteries on the watch, I don’t want more or all of Marinette and Adrien’s classmates to become heroes, whether temporally or permanent. I didn’t want the concept of being a hero in paris, mainly Ladybug and Cat Noir, to be less special or unique. I didn’t want all of the classmates to be heroes since it would become too predictable and lowers the concept of being unique as a civilian. I get Alya and Chloe, and also Nino. I also get Alix because of the histories of the watch, but it would be better if other future heroes are outside of most of Marinette or Adrien’s friends, or even families. It would likely suit better for newer characters later on. I wanted the future superheroes to have interesting story, and even origin, just like current six of them. We will have to wait and see how this is gonna be handled. I do enjoy seeing fan transformation of existing characters, it’s just that I’m concerned of how future heroes will be introduced, and this curiosity isn’t really directly on this episode. I get that some of you have different thoughts, and I understand.

Overall, I do like this episode so far, and I give it an 8/10. It’s a really interesting episode, and Bunnix in the future is my big highlight. Mysteries of the watch and Bunnix’s future got an interesting story. Lila and Hawkmoth’s situations are really mysterious. And knowing how Ladybug and Cat Noir are still around seems interesting. I would say it’s my favorite episode of the season so far. My actual favorite would be Evillustrator.

What I think about Alix? In the first season, she rarely talks. Only few episodes with few lines. Only Timebreaker, Alix gets enough lines and presentation. She seems okay. In the second season, she appears more often and shows that she’s Marinette’s friend, and friends with most classmates, and takes art class with Nathandel. Also, Alix is more developed since the second season. I plan to review Evillustrator and Lady Wifi, two of my other favorites. I do also plan to compare Adult Alix/Adult Bunnix with another character from a certain movie. My hint is a movie that got panned since it came out a year and a half ago, and a character had barely any purpose and not executed well.
